Refund and Return Policy
We prioritize customer satisfaction. We offer support for any problems you may experience after ordering and make the return and exchange processes as easy as possible.
Return Conditions
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can exercise your right to unconditional return within 14 days from the date of delivery. For the return to be valid, the product must be unused, tags must not be removed, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. The return is approved after the product is checked for hygiene and safety.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product, we will review your return request and initiate the payment process within three business days. Your refund will be reflected in your account within seven business days, depending on the payment method you used (credit card, money order, cash on delivery, etc.). We will transparently share every step of the process with you, allowing you to reach our support team at any time.
Shipping Fee
If your return is due to a product error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged item, size mismatch, etc.), our company will cover the entire return shipping cost. However, for returns due to personal preferences (e.g., not liking the size, not wanting the color), the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. During the return process, we will provide you with the most appropriate shipping options through our partner shipping companies.
Change Requests
You can request an exchange for your purchased product in a different size or color. You must initiate your request within 14 days of receiving the product. If the desired product alternative is available in stock, the exchange process will be processed quickly. For exchanges, the product must be unused and the tags must be intact. Exchange requests are evaluated as carefully as return procedures.
Documents Required During the Return Process
To ensure your return is completed quickly and completely, the following documents must be sent with the product: Order number or invoice information Return/exchange form (if applicable) Original product packaging and labels Returns without these documents may take longer or your request may not be processed.
Unacceptable Products
Products that meet the following conditions cannot be returned or exchanged: Products that have been used, washed, perfumed, or damaged in any way Products that cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygienic reasons, such as underwear, socks, and jewelry/accessories Products sent as promotional items, promotional items, or gifts, or that have expired These items have been determined to maintain customer satisfaction and maintain hygiene and ethical business principles.
