Distance Sales Agreement

Parties

This agreement is made between the customer who places an order electronically through www.albabam.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) (hereinafter referred to as the “BUYER”) and Albabam (hereinafter referred to as the “SELLER”) under the following conditions.

The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER’s website.

The product is delivered to the delivery address and the specified person/organization specified by the BUYER. Delivery time cannot exceed 30 (thirty) days.

BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product to him/her or to the person at the address he/she indicates, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.<><>

The right of withdrawal does not apply to deformed, washed or personalized products.

In case of any disputes that may arise from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER’s or SELLER’s place of residence are authorized, in accordance with the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey.
